Delivery across Ukraine
- We deliver GLOSS FIRE products throughout Ukraine by the Nova Poshta delivery service.
- After confirmation of the order, the manager agrees on all the details of the shipment and informs the estimated delivery times.
- For orders over UAH 25,000, delivery within Ukraine is free of charge.
- The goods are shipped after the order has been paid in full.
Payment methods
We offer several convenient payment methods:
- Payment to a bank account.
- Payment in cash.
- Google Pay and Apple Pay.
- Payment in installments from PrivatBank.
- Payment in installments from Monobank.
After placing the order, the manager provides all the necessary details and advice on the chosen payment method.
Additional information
Production terms
Most of Gloss Fire's biofireplaces are made directly in-house.
The production period depends on:
- product models;
- sizes and configuration;
- presence of individual changes;
- workload of production.
Exact terms are communicated by the manager when placing an order.
Checking the order
We recommend checking the package and external condition of the product upon receipt.
If damage is detected during transportation, it is necessary to record it in the presence of a representative of the delivery service and notify our manager.
Guarantee
Gloss Fire products come with an official manufacturer's warranty.
The warranty period is up to 2 years, depending on the product model. The warranty applies to manufacturing defects and malfunctions caused by the fault of the manufacturer in compliance with the rules of operation.
