PUBLIC OFFER

1. General provisions

1.1. This Public Offer is an official offer of FOP Bosenko Roman Mykolayovych (hereinafter referred to as the “Seller”) to conclude a contract for the purchase and sale of goods remotely through the GLOSS FIRE online store.

1.2. Placing an order on the website is confirmation that the Buyer has read and agrees to the terms of this Offer.

1.3. The contract is considered concluded from the moment the order is confirmed and/or payment is made by the Buyer.

3. Subject of the contract

3.1. The Seller undertakes to hand over the goods to the Buyer, and the Buyer undertakes to accept and pay for them under the terms of this Offer.

3.2. Characteristics, equipment, price and other information about the product are indicated on the website pages or agreed individually with the manager.

3.3. For custom-made products, final specifications and cost are agreed separately before production begins.

4. Placing an order

4.1. The order is made through the website, phone call, e-mail or messengers.

4.2. After receiving the order, the manager clarifies the details, production and delivery terms.

4.3. The Seller has the right to refuse to fulfill the order if the Buyer provides inaccurate data.

5. The price of the product

5.1. The price of the product is indicated on the website in hryvnias.

5.2. For goods marked “Negotiable price”, the price is determined individually after agreement on the technical parameters of the product.

5.3. The seller has the right to change prices without prior notice. The price of an already confirmed order cannot be changed.

6. Payment procedure

6.1. The buyer can make payment in one of the following ways:

bank transfer to the FOP account;
cash payment;
payment by Visa/Mastercard;
Google Pay;
Apple Pay;
payment in installments from PrivatBank;
payment in installments from Monobank.

6.2. For custom-made goods, advance payment or full payment may be provided in accordance with the agreed terms.

6.3. The shipment of the goods is carried out after receipt of funds to the Seller’s account or confirmation of financing by the bank in case of payment in installments.

7. Delivery

7.1. Delivery of goods is carried out throughout the territory of Ukraine.

7.2. The main carrier is Nova Poshta.

7.3. For orders over UAH 25,000, delivery is free.

7.4. For orders up to UAH 25,000, the delivery cost is determined according to the carrier’s tariffs.

7.5. The risk of accidental damage or loss of the goods passes to the Buyer from the moment of receipt of the goods from the carrier.

8. Warranty and returns

8.1. GLOSS FIRE products are guaranteed in accordance with the manufacturer’s warranty conditions.

8.2. The buyer is obliged to check the completeness and external condition of the product upon receipt.

8.3. Goods manufactured according to individual dimensions or specifications of the Buyer are not subject to return or exchange in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.

9. Personal data

9.1. By placing an order, the Buyer consents to the processing of his personal data in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”.

9.2. Personal data is used exclusively for the fulfillment of orders, delivery of goods and communication with the Buyer.

10. Force majeure

10.1. The parties are released from responsibility for failure to fulfill their obligations in the event of force majeure.

10.2. Such circumstances include war, emergency situations, natural disasters, decisions of state bodies and other circumstances that do not depend on the will of the parties.

11. Final provisions

11.1. The Seller has the right to make changes to this Offer without prior notice.

11.2. The current version of the Offer is always available on the GLOSS FIRE website.

11.3. All disputes are resolved in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
