WARRANTY AND RETURNS
Warranty for GLOSS FIRE products
GLOSS FIRE pays special attention to the quality of its products and controls every stage of production.
GLOSS FIRE products are covered by an official manufacturer’s warranty for a period of up to 24 months from the moment of purchase.
The warranty applies to manufacturing defects of materials and components that have arisen under the conditions of compliance with the rules of installation and operation of the product.
To receive warranty service, the buyer must provide a document confirming the purchase of the product, as well as a description of the detected malfunction.
The warranty does not cover:

mechanical damage received during operation;
-
damage caused by improper installation or use;
-
damage due to self-repair or changes to the product design;
-
natural wear of individual elements;
-
damage caused by external factors or improper care.
Inspection of goods upon receipt
When receiving the order, we recommend checking:
-
completeness of delivery;
-
compliance with the ordered model;
-
absence of visible damage to the packaging and product.
If damage or discrepancies are found, please notify the delivery representative and contact the GLOSS FIRE manager as soon as possible.
Return and exchange of goods
Returns and exchanges of goods are carried out in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine.
The buyer has the right to return or exchange goods of appropriate quality within 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt, provided that:

preservation of the product’s appearance;

lack of traces of use;
-
availability of complete equipment;
-
the presence of a document confirming the purchase of goods.
Goods of individual manufacture
Products made to individual order or with individual technical characteristics are not subject to return or exchange in accordance with the requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine.
Such products include biofireplaces and fuel blocks, manufactured according to individual dimensions, drawings or customer wishes.
