Hearth MS-Art.004 is a modern built-in bio fireplace with a thermally insulated housing, designed to create striking interior compositions with real flames. The construction combines a high level of safety, quick installation, and extensive customization options.
The cost of the complete set depends on the housing length (from 600 to 2400 mm), the type and number of installed bio fireplaces, the decorative frame option, and the presence of decorative glass.
The housing is made as a double-wall metal “sandwich” construction that provides effective thermal insulation and safe operation. Thanks to its special design, the outer surfaces remain minimally heated, allowing the fireplace to be integrated into a wide variety of interior solutions without additional thermal insulation measures.
A reinforced steel frame ensures maximum structural rigidity and prevents deformation even during prolonged exposure to high temperatures. The space between the walls is filled with a heat-resistant insulating material that significantly reduces heat transfer to surrounding surfaces.
The housing is coated with high-quality black heat-resistant paint designed to withstand high temperatures and long-term use. The bottom panel includes a dedicated opening for installing the bio fireplace burner.
The construction is supplied fully assembled and ready for installation. It does not require additional insulation or the use of heat-resistant mats. Installation simply involves placing the housing into a prepared niche and installing the selected bio fireplace.
The package includes heat-resistant glass that serves both decorative and protective purposes. Depending on the architectural concept, it can be installed either on the outside of the housing or inside the structure.
The glass holders are manufactured from solid steel, providing excellent corrosion resistance and reliable fixation throughout the product’s service life.
The bio fireplace installed inside the housing is selected separately according to the required length, functionality, and control system.
